Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a U.S. business doing $1M or more a year, set up as an S corp, partnership, LLC or C corp.
  • You're paying a six-figure tax bill, and it keeps climbing as the business grows.
  • Your CPA files an accurate return on time but has never brought you an idea to lower it.
  • You pay yourself an S corp salary that nobody has checked in years.
  • You find out what you owe in the spring, after the choices that could have lowered it are gone.
  • You've seen the write-off tricks on social media and want planning that holds up when someone asks for records.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose business does under $1M a year.
  • Anyone who wants aggressive write-offs with no records to back them up.
  • Anyone looking for investment or legal advice.
  • Anyone who only wants a return prepared each spring.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Averkamp CPA Group works on your taxes all year, from your books to your return.

We Review Your Whole Setup

We go through your last returns, your books, your payroll and how the business is owned, so every recommendation starts from your real numbers.

We Check Your Entity And Pay

We look at whether the business should stay an LLC, elect S corp status, run as a partnership or become a C corp, and whether your salary and distributions hold up.

We Work The Areas Owners Overpay

We go through retirement plans, depreciation, credits, estimated taxes and income across state lines, the places owners at your level most often pay more than they need to.

We Put The Code In Writing

Every strategy we recommend comes with the code section it relies on, in writing, so you and anyone who reviews your return can see exactly what it rests on.

We Coordinate With Your CPA

If your CPA stays on for filing, we coordinate with them so the return matches the planning. If you'd rather hand us everything, we prepare your business and personal returns too.

We Keep Your Numbers Current

We can keep your books, and as your fractional CFO add a monthly financial review, a rolling cash forecast and tax reserve planning, so there are fewer surprises when the tax bill comes.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No. If you like your CPA, they can keep filing your return, and we coordinate with them so the filing matches the planning. If you'd rather have one firm do it all, we can take over the books and the returns as well.
What's the difference between filing and planning?+
Filing records a year that's already over, and once the return is in, nothing on it moves. Planning looks at your pay, your entity, your retirement plan and big purchases while those decisions can still change what you owe.
Is this legal, and will it hold up?+
Yes. Every strategy rests on rules already in the tax code, and each one comes with the code section behind it in writing. Real planning starts before the deadline, runs on accurate books and documents the business purpose. If a deduction looks shaky, we'd rather skip it.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Nearly every move that changes your 2026 bill, like your S corp salary, a retirement plan or the timing of a big purchase, has to be in place by December 31st. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
My business isn't in Florida. Can you still work with me?+
Yes. Averkamp CPA Group works with clients in all 50 states and runs completely virtual. You upload documents through an encrypted client portal and talk with us by email, text, video call or phone.
How much does it cost?+
The fee depends on your business and the scope of the work, so it's quoted up front on the strategy call, and you see it in writing before any work begins. And if we don't save you at least $100K in taxes this year, you don't pay.
What should I have ready for the call?+
Your most recent business return, a rough idea of this year's revenue and profit, how the business is set up and owned, and whether you take a salary, distributions or both. Missing a piece or two is normal. Most owners have never had anyone ask for all of them at once.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Matthew asks what the company earns, how it's taxed and how you pay yourself, then shows you where your 2026 return looks heavier than it should and which fixes can still happen before December 31st. If working together makes sense, he explains the scope and the fee. If it doesn't, he'll tell you plainly.
One Last Step

Ready To Find Out What Your Business Is Overpaying In Taxes?

On the strategy call, Matthew looks at your revenue, how the business is set up and what you paid for 2025. You'll leave knowing which moves fit and which ones still have to happen before December 31st.
